Rental rates are based on an 8-hour day. 40- hour/5day week and a 160-hour/ 4- week month. Excess hours will be billed per hour at the overtime rate.
Two shift rates are based on a 16-hour day, 80-hour/5-day week and 320-hour/4 week month. These are billed at 1 1/2 times the single shift rate. Excess hours will be billed per hour at the overtime rate.
Three shifts are based on a 24-hour day, 120-hour/5-day week and 480-hour/4-week month. These are billed at two times the amount of the single shift. Excess hours will be billed per hour at the overtime rate.
Electric equipment rates include the cost of the battery and charger. Charger hook-up is the customer's responsibility.
All rental rates are taxable.
Pick up and delivery charges will be quoted on an individual basis.
Equipment will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. If equipment is not returned full, a per-gallon charge will be assessed.
Customer is responsible for any loss, theft or repairs resulting from damage to equipment. A current copy of your certificate of insurance must be provided to Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks of Houston prior to receipt of rental equipment.
Customer is responsible for checking fluid levels daily and reporting any repairs necessary to Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks of Houston.
Customer must make equipment available for routine service.
Customer is responsible for any tire damage.
Customer must understand all "Terms and Conditions" outlined on the back of the rental agreement prior to the start of the rental period.
